Shipping Policy
Ordered items will be shipped out either via USPS or DHL – depending on the paid for shipping service. Items will be shipped out withing 48hrs unless otherwise stated on the product page. We ship worldwide and if your destination country is not listed, please contact us using the contact form here
Once a shipping label is created, the tracking information will be emailed to the customer’s email used in purchasing the item. If you create an account you will be able to see your product and its tracking information on your account page.

Cancellation policy
Orders can be cancelled up to the point that and order has shipped. To cancel an order please used the contact form here specifying your order number and cancellation reason. If and Item has been shipped you will need to return the item and request a refund following out refund policy here
Subscriptions can be cancelled at anytime and you will receive a prorated refund up until the 1/2 way point of the subscription. Once you have gone past the 1/2 way point, you will receive no refunds and your subscription will end as the last day of your term i.e. if you have a monthly subscription and cancel after the mid day of the month, you will not get a refund.
