I contacted Dee after reading his post in Reddit. Very knowledgeable and communication have been great. I made the mistake in purschasing a robot online without realizing that these robots need updated battery. These are special batteries and replacement can be tricky. I quickly purchased another Cozmo from Dee knowing that the battery has been replaced and I won’t run into this trouble again. I won’t hesitate to make another purchase in the future.
