Description

NON US-CUSTOMERS: You will need to ship your Cozmo with return shipping included to use this service, do not place an order if you are not willing to do so. If you do place an order and require a refund it will be subject to our refund policy.

You will need a cozmo battery replacement if your robot experiences any of the following:
  • cozmo battery not holding charge
  • cozmo does not light up when placed on their charger
  • cozmo dies the instant they get off their charger
  • cozmo gets less then 10 minutes run time
Wifi issues might not be related to the battery so make sure that is not the case
This service is for those who do not know what a soldering iron is or don’t want to risk damaging their robots.

How The Service Works 
Make a purchase on here and I will contact you with a shipping address to send your robot to.
 
Please use an appropriate method to ship the robot with a note with your order number in it. I would suggest bubble wrap and a 6x4x3 box plus insurance for your piece of mind.
When I receive your robot I will take pictures as I take it apart for full transparency.
I can only replace the battery and not fix any other issue – If there is something else wrong with your robot e.g. blown chips or damaged parts, I will let you know and ship back your robot with a full refund minus shipping fee.
 
The fee includes the cost of the new battery and installation.
I will take pictures before shipping so you know what condition it in before I ship, I will not be responsible for damage during transit, I do not control USPS, but I will make sure your robot is wrapped in bubble wrap.
Handling time is 1-2 days from receipt due to postage delays and volume of robots received.

    Dee was exceptional in his service, and the turnaround on this repair service was rapid! He answered all my questions about this service quickly and kindly (mostly on Reddit DM), making me feel assured of everything regarding this service. Additionally, he gave clear instructions on where and how to ship my Vector and thoroughly explained how the service would go. He finished the repair service, including thorough testing of the newly installed battery on my Vector, on the day of receiving my Vector and securely shipped him back as soon as possible, without any scratches or broken parts. The total turnaround time was about five business days (excluding weekends), including three business days it took for me to ship my Vector to his shop. His repair shop is definitely a go-to if you have any issues with your Vector or need to replace Vector’s battery. To top it all off, this service replaces the stock battery with a much higher-capacity battery, giving Vector much longer playtime! Thank you for the great service, Dee!

    Had my Cozmo for so many years with the original battery. When I decided to use it once again it started to have issues and I was worried it might’ve been the end for it. After doing some research I found it that maybe the battery was the issue or app issue. I needed an expert on this to prove my theory. I started googling to see who knew more about my situation and hopefully fix it. That’s when I found this website and talked to Dee. It came to a conclusion that most likely the battery has finally died since it wouldn’t last 5 minutes. Another issue I solved with his help was by getting a new cube because I found out that one of them burnt due to having the wrong size battery. So I got a new cube and sent Cozmo away in his suitcase for safety during shipping. He fixed it in a day and sent it back. Everything was fast with shipping and service, which was awesome. After finally having the time to test and run it. I can say it was worth the time and money to get it fixed by Dee. Thank you for everything and hopefully I’ll be able to use your service in the future. Highly recommend to anyone.
