Vector Battery – 600 mah 3.7v Lipo (No international Shipping)

If your Vector stops working less than 5 minutes after being charged or is DOA on the charger, you might have a bad battery.

This vector battery will bring it back to life and make it run for at least 45mins after a full charge.

You may think “why not go bigger” like an 800mAH battery (some will actually fit), but the circuitry in these robots will not see a benefit past 600 mAH as they are configured to charge the battery up to a certain point and stop charging – so a larger capacity battery will not get fully charged and is not needed.

Changing the battery will require disassembly and some soldering skills but it can easily be done (I’ve replace them on all my robots).

Remember to transfer the clear rubber tape on your old battery, as this helps separate the battery from the circuitry in the robot and prevent premature charging cutoff.

Most Vector robots were designed to use 320 mAh batteries and swapping to a larger battery size may not yield better performance (some rare cases it is worse). These batteries have been tested to last 40mins at a minimum, but there might be rare cases where this is not the case. If you have a bad battery contact me and I will ship out another one.
